Christians - The Minority

Talk about morality bashing. I think we now live in times where morality is not really defined for most people. Morality as well as truth is relative - one may be true to you and may not for the other, one may be moral for you but for the others it's immoral.

For me, as a Christian, I find it difficult especially when I start to quote scriptures to support my argument. If the person whom you're talking with does not agree with, he would say that you're just old-fashioned, conservative, some kind of elitist moralist, holier-than-thou sort of person.

It makes me sad to know how people of this generation uphold "truth" as they understand it and the Word of God seemed unpractical, old-fashioned and makes you hypocritical. Most people resort to worldly wisdom, secular thinking, philosophies - believe whatever you think as long as it makes you happy. I'm not sure of people are aware of this, but the first commandment in the Satanic bible is not "hate God", "But do whatever you like."

To pinpoint whom to blame to where we are at right now is not clearly defined. History tells the shame and damage done to mankind, many were oppressed, discriminated upon and people turning on against each other - even the church has her own contribution. People have protected themselves to prevent themselves from being hurt again and people have become numb.

This really is a complex topic and I don't have all the wisdom to write. So I'll just leave it here.
